Physical Education class

With the school year off and running we have been having fun in our Physical Education amd Weights classes. In weights we have been working on setting our max lifting in bench press, squats, calf raises, and dead lift. In physical education class we have enjoyed playing kickball and wiffleball to start the year. In each of my classes we also have been doing a 7 minute run on Wednesdays, we are working up to 10 minutes straight. We are using this to try and improve our mile times at the end of the year. We are going to be starting football and soccer in the upcoming weeks. Go Tigers
